Presence rate
The share of valid answers that mention the target brand, out of all valid answers.
Formula: valid answers mentioning the brand / valid answers. Example: if the brand is mentioned in 8 of 12 valid answers, the rate is 67%.
Provider errors and refused answers don't enter the denominator. A brand mentioned several times in one answer counts once for that answer.
