What counts as a search?
A search is a single brand or keyword analysis that you start: one market, one answer language, a defined question set and the active providers. Behind the scenes, that analysis makes many AI requests; those don't count as separate searches. Refreshing the page, reopening the same job, or a scan that fails completely won't use up your allowance.
01Do I need to sign up for the free plan?
No. We don't ask for an account or a credit card to show your first result. If you want to save it and come back later, you can create an account and your free scan moves with you.
02Does the $3.99 plan really include competitor comparison?
Yes. On Starter, your target brand and 3 competitors you choose are compared side by side on the same question set. It's not a preview; it's the plan itself.
03Which plan includes the monthly PDF report?
Professional ($7.99/mo) and above. Reports are generated only from real, comparable scans; if there isn't enough data, the report says so plainly.
04Which currency do you charge in?
We charge in USD. Payments, taxes and invoicing are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Any local-currency amounts shown on the site are approximate and may vary with exchange rates.
05Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, and your data isn't deleted.
